As the Gold Sponsor you will receive the following entitlements:
Registration and Social Functions:
- Four (4) complimentary delegate registrations, including attendance at any event and conference (includes afternoon tea and dinner sessions, ABWLI Annual Summit and Gala Dinner).
- Overseas sponsors will (additionally) receive 3 nights and 4 days’ accommodation.
- Overseas sponsors will (additionally) get an opportunity to have city tour for 2 days at free of cost (includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea).
- Interstate sponsors or their representative will (additionally) receive 1 night accommodation.
Marketing and Promotion
- Acknowledgement as a Gold Sponsor on all printed and social media including meta, e-newsletter, handbook and all promotional flyers.
- Logo on the ‘ABWLI’ website with links to the sponsor’s website.
- Logo on the front page of ABWLI’s quarterly newsletter, reaching over 500 contacts both in Australia and internationally.
- One full-page colour advertisement in the ‘ABWLI Annual Summit’ conference handbook (artwork to be supplied by the sponsor).
- Logo on all official ABWLI events’ signage throughout the event/conference, Gala Dinner and Welcome Reception.
- Recognition as the Gold Sponsor on the audio-visual display in the main plenary hall and in all breakout rooms during the event/conference; and
- Electronic copy of delegate listing (privacy excluded). Available 2 weeks and 1 week prior to event.
- Opportunity to become one of the speakers and secure a spot to take a session or demonstrate the products or services for 30 minutes.
Exhibition
- The opportunity to have a trade table display in the foyer of the conference venue.
