Dr. Nazlee Siddiqui
President
Dr. Nazlee Siddiqui is an academic and a coordinator of Health Service Management course within the Department of Business and Economics at University of Tasmania. She has a PhD in health management and about 20 years of teaching experience across Australia and Bangladesh. Dr. Siddiqui has led a portfolio of research, teaching, and industry engagement, reflecting success in leadership and management capacity development. Notably, she has been a co-investigator on collaborative projects with Australian Government Health Bodies, worth AUS$3.1 million. Her work contributes to integrated care and enhances organisational practices for more capable employees and leadership excellence. At the international front, Dr. Nazlee has been publishing about services management and scholarship of teaching and learning in Bangladesh healthcare and education.
Indrilla Haque

Indrilla Haque, is a Federal Government employee with experience in International and Multinational Corporations both in Australia and Bangladesh. She is the first female marketing manager in Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). In her tenure in BCB, Indrilla successfully organised Bangladesh vs. New Zealand one day match, Tri-series amongst India-Bangladesh, and Sri-Lanka. Indrilla worked with globally known advertising firms while she was in Bangladesh. Event management is her passion and working as a female leader within Commonwealth Government is what makes her happy because she can serve the community through her passion and day to day job. Indrilla is committed to driving positive changes and making a meaningful impact in communities worldwide through her own venture Bella Bong-AU. Indrilla holds a double master’s degree in accounting and business administration.

MD S. I. B Amit is a State Government employee in NSW. He has over 15 years of Customer Service experience in both the private and public sectors. MD accomplished his Master of Commerce degree in Professional Accounting back in 2012. MD is also a registered Justice of the Peace (JP).

Naaz F Ahsan, an extraordinary individual whose diverse professional journey has been marked by a commitment to social justice and global impact. With experience working at esteemed institutions such as UN Women in Singapore, the Macquarie Bank, and the German Ministry, Naaz brings a unique blend of international perspective and strategic expertise to our organisation. Naaz has a journalism degree from London School of Journalism and a master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the Australian National University (ANU). Her background in journalism, coupled with her hands-on experience in various sectors, positions Naaz as a driving force behind our objective to effect positive change on a global scale.

Dr. Nahid Siddiqui is one of the most popular psychiatrists in our community in Sydney. Dr. Nahid has trained extensively in the Australian public sector, which has given her expertise in patient care management for psychotic illnesses such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and early psychosis. Complex trauma and women’s mental health from culturally diverse populations are her special interests. Dr. Nahid Siddiqui is an experienced mental health staff specialist within NSW Health and provides private inpatient care at Ramsay Clinic Thirroul.
Dr. Shamaruh Mirza

Dr. Shamaruh Mirza is a Bangladeshi Australian scientist also the founder of Sitara’s Story has been enthusiastic about supporting other women and empowering them to be the best version of themselves. Dr. Shamaruh has recently received the Australian of the Year award. She completed her PhD and Post Doctoral research in Medical Science and Biophysics, respectively, from the Australian National University.
